In 2011 the size of the voters list was 475,496 persons. This grew to 583,444 persons for the 2015 elections; an increase of 107,000 persons. However, between 2011 and 2015 only 67,500 persons achieved the age of 18. The question is, where did the extra 40,000 persons came from. In the period between 2015 and 2019, approximately 66,500 names were added to the list, but only 56,500 attained the age of 18. Where did the 10,000 persons come from? People don’t born big.
It is not only the dead walking on Guyana’s voters list, phantoms are walking too. It is possible that as much as 40,000 phantoms were on the list used for the 2015 elections, and as much as 50,000 on the list the PPP is asking the CCJ to direct GECOM to use for the next elections. Some may argue that these numbers are random, but a look at the size of the 2011 voters list and the results of the 2012 census reveals the can of worms.
The Guyana voters list is rank, it is stink, it is vulgar. It could have as much as 50,000 phantoms, along with the previously established 40,000 dead, and 160,000 missing persons. This is a situation created by the PPP during their 23 years in office, and they will fight tooth and nail to keep this list. A list loaded with the dead, nonexistent, and missing persons is the ideal cover for the PPP fraudulent voting.
